At Europcar Mobility Group, we respect each other, act with integrity, and are a responsible member of society. Our Code of Conduct, policies and procedures help ensure we satisfy our high standards. An integral part of this commitment is to enable the reporting of potential misconduct, so that it can be quickly identified, investigated and addressed. Retaliation against someone who, in good faith, reports a concern to us will not be tolerated.
Several reporting channels are made available by Europcar Mobility Group. Among these channels Europcar Mobility Group provides an online platform on Whispli to submit a report, with the option for the whistleblower to remain anonymous:

Disclaimer: Whistleblowing channels do not constitute a means to raise customer complaints. If you have any questions regarding services provided by Europcar Mobility Group, please contact our Customer Support by using the channel on which you made your booking.
Processing of a report
All reports raised on the Whispli channel will be received by Group Compliance (except for those raised in Portugal when the choice is made to have them addressed to a local contact), promptly assessed and, as needed, further investigated. Any reported concern will be maintained confidential to the fullest extent possible. Whistleblowers will receive a confirmation of receipt and will be informed on the status and outcome of the procedure (depending on the subject matter timing may vary).
Please note your report will be treated in accordance with the law and this means that it will remain highly confidential. Using the Whispli channel implies your agreement that your report will be received by Group Compliance (except for the local processing option for Portugal) and not by line management or anybody else in senior leadership. In cases of imminent danger or serious violations of law, Group Compliance will of course inform senior management of the nature of the issue.
Local authorities
In addition to our internal channels, you may also qualify in your country to submit a report directly to a competent authority. We encourage you to use our internal channels first in order to allow the Group to promptly carry out any appropriate action.
